Payment: Payments are authorized and captured at the time that the order is placed. Orders may be cancelled, and refunds issued up until the artwork is approved and production begins. Once production begins, orders may not be cancelled.
Production Time: Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time the artwork is approved for personalized projects. Timeframe may vary depending on the season and existing work load. Rush orders (with expected shipment of less than 2 weeks may be subject to 20% surcharge). If you have any questions, please contact us if you have any questions.
Shipping. We ship all of our products UPS. Shipping charges are calculated, based on the weight of the order at the time the order is placed. If you would prefer to have shipments charged to your personal account, please contact us prior to placing your order. We will send instructions on how to provide shipping information (your carrier / account number). When planning your order, please consider shipping time as well as production time.
