Artwork Requirements
1. We require Editable Vector Art for Sand Carving, Screen Printed and Pad Printed orders. Commonly used formats include files created from Adobe Illustrator, Freehand or EPS files. Type in the logo must be converted to outlines in order to ensure it is matched exactly.
2. We may need to modify the logo to meet our production requirements. If so you will be notified of the changes and have the opportunity to review any modifications we may make. These modifications may include, but are not limited to touching up, design, color separation, or re-arranging of the logo.
3. We will scale your artwork at no charge to fully utilize the imprint area.
4. Colors should be specified as PMS spot colors unless for 4-color process.
5. Products that utilize photographic (raster) art submissions must be 100% or larger than final size and 300dpi or higher. These images may be used for some laser engraved items, embroidered items, sublimated items and epoxy dome items. For best results, vector art files are preferred.
6. Unacceptable formats (things we have seen in the past) include:an image imported into Word, faxed art, business cards, napkins, drawings, photocopies, letterhead, embossed or raised copy, patches, newspaper ads, digitized embroidery files (except for embroidery jobs)
7. If you cannot locate art other than in one of the unacceptable formats above, we will re-draw your logo as close to the original as possible for a fee of $60.00/hour with a 1/2 hour minimum. Prior to beginning any work, we will give estimate of the time required, and will provide you a copy of the artwork as well.
Typeset
8. A fee of $18.75 will be charge for typesetting of up to 25 characters. This fee is included in the product set up charges.
9. We will use our best discretion regarding size unless otherwise specified.
10. Font types may be specified, but if it is a type of font we don't have, we will match it as close as possible, or ask for a font file.
11. Exact duplicates of a type style including logo type styles can not be guaranteed unless we are supplied with Adobe postscript fonts, Adobe Illustrator fonts converted to outlines, FreeHand fonts converted to outlines.
